A wooden dowel wrapped in a pool noodle. Build one from a hardware store run, or buy one from us. With the wrap on, it’s the safest way into 5×5 dueling and Saberflow. Take the wrap off and the bare stick is your next step up: same weight and balance, less forgiveness, builds your accuracy.
